Zumba is a fun, energetic, dance fitness workout. If you love to party and have a good time while working out, Zumba is definitely the workout for you!

STRONG is a HITT (High Intensity Tempo Training) workout created by Zumba. The workout is based to the beat of music and will push you to your limits. If you like intense training or just want to push yourself a little more than usual, STRONG is the workout for you!

Personal training is a great way to keep yourself motivated, hold yourself accountable, learn new things, and accomplish your goals. Whether you enjoy cardio or weights or HIIT or whatever it may be, we can work together to help you become a healthier version of yourself. I strongly believe that you don’t have to be the most skinny or the most ripped to be healthy and beautiful. I believe in balance and I want to help people feel confident AND have a healthy relationship with fitness, nutrition, and life.

Pre/Post Natal Training is very dear to my heart. Becoming a mother is one of the best things that has happened to me and it’s one of the things I am most proud of. But, it also comes with its challenges. Your body changes in such an incredible way to create a beautiful human, but it also changes your body in a way that sometimes can be discouraging. I want to help women feel confident and beautiful through all stages of pregnancy and with their new body after pregnancy by teaching them safe and effective ways to workout.
